Principle Accountabilities1. configures, diagnoses failures and repairs IT infrastructure equipment while providing first level IT infrastructure support on a broader scale2. support users using the telephone and global incident management system (Service-Now) for IT service requests, incidents and problem escalation3. Support project rollouts to increase operational efficiencies according to global Hilti standards. Value creation mind-set must apply.4. Initiate the resolution by deep analyse and diagnostics. Proactive monitoring to maintain excellent performance and reliable IT Services5. Documented and report all the IT Infrastructure configuration and resolution process.6. Coordinates with peers, teamlead and global IT engineering team members to ensure the appropriate use of technology and standards in the design, implementation, and support of systems so as to guarantee consistency within the Hilti Global IT environment.7. Communicate to business management and users on IT operational status.8. Understand the business processes and providing solution based on the prioritiesMinimum Experience & Qualifications:1. Educational background: University degree in IT, Business or Engineering.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.2. Excellent organizational and communication skills across all levels and functions of the organization3. Fluent in English (oral and written)4. Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft® Operating System Environment (Windows 7) and client desktop applications6. Experience client hardware deployment, operating system loads, drivers, software installation7. Experience in hardware and software troubleshooting8. Experience in troubleshooting Microsoft Outlook / Exchange-related concepts together with Office 365 range of services such as Microsoft Lync, SharePoint and Exchange Online Hosted9. Experience in configuring, testing and troubleshooting Smartphones primarily using Android platform (other platform experience is a plus such as iOS) for services such as Email, Application load/reload10.Experience in technology such as LAN, WAN, Wireless, Internet connectivity
